Today, the Central Coast buried one of its true characters with the funeral of Luke Hankey held at Our Lady of the Rosary Church at The Entrance. Luke was a keen surfer, a self-confessed ladies man and generally nice bloke. His tragic death serves as a reminder to all of us that life can be painfully short and in his own words we should all "live life to the fullest".
Our thoughts and prayers are with Luke's mum and dad Donna and Greg, his sisters Adele and Eva and all of his family and the rest of our community who have been touched by Luke in some way.
Rest in peace "Grommet".
