Hi all - Just got back from a trip to Indonesia, that our man (Nick) here at Aussie Escape organised for me and 10 of my friends...I wanted to leave this blog here as i highly recommend this trip to any keen surfer,fishermen, diver or adventurer, it can be as quick or as long as you want, we chose the quick in and out, but would have loved to stay longer...
The trip was done out of Bali where we had our boat "The Dessert Storm" waiting for us...!st stop was a place called 'Shipwrecks' (for obvious reasons) where we got nice 3-4ft waves with only a few people out, very nice start to the trip....next stop was a place called "Dessert Point' where we scored it big time, we were here for about 2 1/2 days with it a consistent 6ft swell, could NOT ask for anything more....next place was "Scar Reef', another break named for obvious reasons, the swell was slowly decreasing but it was still a nice 4ft and perfect shaped indonesian waves, we stayed here for another couple of days and it was time to start to head back to 'Shipwrecks' but not before we stopped off at a few secret reefs on the way back....
All in all a great trip and cant wait to do it again next year...
and a big thanks to Nick for the great service and planning of our trip...
